Before their first stay, we carry out a personalized assessment to understand your dog’s temperament, preferences, and how they socialize with others. This helps us determine the best approach to keep your dog happy, comfortable, and safe — while ensuring the wellbeing of all our guests.
Once the assessment is complete and your dog is ready to join, they’re welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the day at The Pawtel — on us — for plenty of supervised play and enrichment.
We are located in the Al Rahba/ Al Bayha area of Abu Dhabi. We are conveniently located close to Yas Island, Saadyiat Island and the Airport of Abu Dhabi

We thoughtfully separate large, medium, and small dogs to ensure each group is matched with companions of similar size and temperament — creating a safe, happy environment where everyone can play and have fun together.
Yes, you will get updates via whatsapp. For training dogs and board and train dogs we provide upated via Whatsapp and report cards.
Requirements for joining in the fun at The Pawtel are as follows:
Your dog must be up to date with all their vaccines including DHPPI, and Rabies.
Your dog must be vaccinated against Kennel cough.
Kennel Cough is a live vaccine so after being administered you must wait at least 5 days before your doggie can come.
Any dogs under the age of one must have a vaccicheck – A vaccicheck is a blood test to ensure your dog has sufficient levels of a antibodies to keep them safe and healthy.
We do have the needed infrastructure to take in reactive dogs. Please reach out for an assessment and to find the right solution for your dog.
Yes we do have an outside space. The outside time in the summer time is limited due to the heat.
